How to Buy
Order our products is simple, you just have to follow these steps:
1. Choose your favourite product: we are constantly searching for unique and exciting products, so surfing our catalogue is everything but annoying and when you find your favourite product just click in “Buy Now”.
2. Review shopping cart: after all products are chosen, you can review your choices in the shopping cart, simulate the dispatch way and use the discount coupons.
3. Fill in the data: in order to send you the items bought, we need your name, address and telephone number. The telephone number is asked just to make possible an urgent contact in case there is some issue with your order.
4. Dispatch way and payment: with the data correctly entered, you can now choose the most adequate way of dispatch (more information on dispatch ways and delivery timings, here). The next step is to choose the payment method (you can see all available payment methods here)
5. Confirm and pay:at the end, you can confirm your order and use the chosen mode of payment to terminate the order.
6. Seat and relax: from now on is up to us. You just have to wait and your order will arrive.

After placing the order
We know how thrilling it can be waiting for an order, so while your order is on its way, we will send an email with its confirmation and number for you to track and trace it. And yes, all of our dispatches are made with registry.
Change or cancel an order: our team makes their best to process the orders as quick as possible, so that you do not have to wait a lot for your items. In the same way, we always try to include all changes asked, but sometimes we can’t manage it. Usually this happens because the order is already sent. To ask for changes or cancel the order, you should call our helpline 255753289 (Mon-Fri, 9.30 - 17.30, GMT), or email email@example.com with the subject “Change/cancel order”. Don’t forget to write name, contact and the number of the order. In case the order is already sent, there could be additional costs.
Companies interested in selling our products should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a company account. In that email they should include company's data (name, address, VAT nr) and a copy of the Permanent Certificate. Afterwards we will send the access and operating conditions of the service.
