Gravity Demand, Lda, is the company which manages the website and offers services through it, but from now on we will use only the name Dialetu, or only “us” to keep things simple. We know that usually these type of documents are long and boring, but the information here provided is very important and we really want you to read it until the end, so we will do our outmost to make reading easier.

Before you use the site, it is important that you read these terms and conditions, as well as, the privacy policies. All together, these texts contain rules and guides for you to use our services. By using our services, you are accepting these terms. Besides of general terms, some services can have terms, rules and guides of their own, so the additional terms to those services are also applied.

We know that things happen rapidly and thus we will have to change these terms and conditions to follow up not only the laws in force, but also the developments within our activity. Therefore, we reserve the right to update or change these terms at any moment. We advise you to visit this page regularly, as after any change, when using our services you are accepting the updated terms.

We commit ourselves to update the date of entry into force at the top of the page whenever some change occurs, so that you can check if there was any change since your last visit.

Access to Website

The access to the site www.Dialetu.com and its sub-domains is granted with temporary character and we can withdraw, amend or restrict the access to certain services without prior advice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, this website become unavailable for a certain period of time.

Dialetu can not be liable for damages that can occur to any person by using any information of this site. Dialetu's site can have hyperlinks to others third parties' sites and by clicking on those links you can leave Dialetu’s site; thus we will not be liable for the material contained in the said sites. We advise you to read the terms and conditions of those sites.

Eligibility

Only individuals over the age of 18 are allowed to use our services and to perform legal contracts with us. However, we believe that not only adults deserve to have access to amazing products, so if you are under 18 and you really want to use Dialetu, you are allowed to do so under the monitoring of a guardian with at least 18. In these cases, the adult will be considered as the user and responsible for any legal activity that can occur.

By using our services you ensure the compliance of all eligibility criteria. Nevertheless, we can still refuse the access to certain individuals. We can also change the eligibility criteria at any time and without prior advice.

Intellectual property

All rights of intellectual property and contents presented in the site www.dialetu.com and in its sub-domains are property of or were licensed to Gravity Demand, Lda, the company that manages the site. Therefore, the use, the full or partial copy, as well as, the change of any content without our writing consent is strictly forbidden. This inhibition/prohibition is also extended to design, appearance, operation, images, illustrations and logos of the site. The Dialetu’s logo is our property and can’t be used without our writing consent.

The intellectual property associated to the products sold in the site are manufacturer’s property and buying them do not confer any intellectual right upon them.

Registry in the site

It is possible to surf in the site, see products and many other things without having an account. However, some services offered in www.Dialetu.com need the user registry. The users with an account are the ones responsible for the activities of the said account. In order to provide the best service possible, the ones who create an account agree to give complete, correct and updated information. If any information is not correct or updated, errors and delays may occur in the services processing for which we won’t be liable.

Who creates an account is liable for its data protection, and also for any consequence related to its non protection. Therefore, you should not share your account data, nor use other person’s data without his/her authorization. Likewise, no one should use your data account without your consent.

It is always possible to remove an account by simply sending an email to help@dialetu.com.

Access to our services

You can use our services every time you want to, but you should do it responsibly, and complying with the law in force. The services should not be used for activities against law, morality, or for duties or interests of third parties.

To make things perfectly clear, when you use our services you can’t:

  • Resell or use to any commercial purposes any of our services and contents without our prior consent in writing;
  • Modify, adapt, translate, copy, distribute, publish the site's contents and software;
  • Obtain or try to obtain information and contents which are not visible through the normal surfing;
  • Interfere or try to interfere with the regular performance of the site;
  • Take actions which are not in accordance with these terms and conditions of use.

Products

We try to be the more accurate possible about the products’ description. However, as many times those descriptions are based in the producer’s descriptions, we can’t guarantee that the same are exact, complete or without mistakes. In what the images of the products of the Website are concerned, and as those exist to illustrate the products, we will try to represent the colors the more accurate possible, but we can’t guarantee that your computer show the colors accurately.

Products with battery

The batteries are put in the articles immediately after their production to check their correct operation. Due to the warehouse and transport timings, batteries of some products can be partially down and thus not covered by the guarantee. If you receive a product which stops operating, you should go first to a professional to have the battery changed. In these situations, nor Dialetu, nor the manufacturer will be liable for those costs.

Guarantees

All the products have a minimum of two year warranty, issued by the official manufacturer.

The guarantees policies are manufacturer’s liability, Dialetu acts as the intervening party between customer and manufacturer, and we will do everything we can to solve issues rapid and efficiently, being our commitment always try to protect the customer.

The guarantees' periods are specific of each product and start when the invoice is issued. Invoices are sent after the purchase and should be kept during all the guarantees' period.

To begin the guarantees' process you should email sales@dialetu.com writing in the subject “Guarantee”. In the body of the message you should write your name and contacts, number of your order, and a brief description of the issue of the product.

Place an order in Dialetu

Order our products is simple, you just have to follow these steps:

1. Choose your favourite product: we are constantly searching for unique and exciting products, so surfing our catalogue is everything but annoying and when you find your favourite product just click in “Buy Now”.

2. Review shopping cart: after all products are chosen, you can review your choices in the shopping cart, simulate the dispatch way and use the discount coupons.

3. Fill in the data: in order to send you the items bought, we need your name, address and telephone number. The telephone number is asked just to make possible an urgent contact in case there is some issue with your order.

4. Dispatch way and payment: with the data correctly entered, you can now choose the most adequate way of dispatch (more information on dispatch ways and delivery timings, here). The next step is to choose the payment method (you can see all available payment methods here)

5. Confirm and pay:at the end, you can confirm your order and use the chosen mode of payment to terminate the order.

6. Seat and relax: from now on is up to us. You just have to wait and your order will arrive.

After placing the order

We know how thrilling it can be waiting for an order, so while your order is on its way, we will send an email with its confirmation and number for you to track and trace it. And yes, all of our dispatches are made with registry.

Change or cancel an order: our team makes their best to process the orders as quick as possible, so that you do not have to wait a lot for your items. In the same way, we always try to include all changes asked, but sometimes we can’t manage it. Usually this happens because the order is already sent. To ask for changes or cancel the order, you should call our helpline 255753289 (Mon-Fri, 9.30 - 17.30, GMT), or email help@dialetu.com with the subject “Change/cancel order”. Don’t forget to write name, contact and the number of the order. In case the order is already sent, there could be additional costs.

Companies purchases

Companies interested in selling our products should send an email to info@gravitydemand.pt asking for a company account. In that email they should include company's data (name, address, VAT nr) and a copy of the Permanent Certificate. Afterwards we will send the access and operating conditions of the service.

Please note, the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Dialetu is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries.

After we deliver your order to the transporter, it becomes their liability. If you receive an order with a damaged package, you should open it in front of the post clerk, and if the product is damaged, contact us immediately and put the damaged details in the proof of delivery. A proof of delivery without any reference to damages is like a delivered product in a perfect package. If you see any damage after you open the package, you should contact us immediately.

Orders registry:all of our orders have registry and you can track and trace them in the transporters' page. After we send the order, we email the code and a link to the transporters' page. This information can also be seen in the personal area. Orders are delivered in person and in case there is no one at home, you can get your order at the local post office.

Prices and payment methods

Prices presented in www.dialetu.com and in its sub-domains are in euros. VAT is included in all prices. The costs for the dispatch are added to the products' value and presented before the confirmation and conclusion of the purchase. In Methods and times of delivery you can find more information about the transport service.

Non EU customers:all non EU customers can buy our products without VAT, value which will be deducted in the process of conclusion and confirmation of the order and before the payment.

Methods of payment available:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards
  • Paypal and Paypal Credit
  • ATM (after placing the order, it is sent an entity and reference and it should be paid within two days). Service available in Portugal only.
  • Bank transfer (after placing the order, details are sent to the bank transfer which should be made within two days. In order to make easier the payments' identification, we advise you to write your order number and your name in the payment's reference).

Some methods of payment can take two days to be validated, so the order will only be processed after the payment's validation.

If some cyber error occurs, a manual or a technical one, or of any other source, which causes a not expected change in the price, order will be canceled and the amount paid fully recoverable.

Prices of products are subject to changes without prior advice.

Returns and changes

You have 30 days to change your mind or to give quietly that present to another person. However, refunds must be asked maximum up to three days after you've received the order and the parcels must be returned up to seven days; after this period we only can issue a discount's ticket to be used at our website.

To exchange or return an order please email sales@dialetu.com, please write in the subject "Exchange/Return request", and in the message's body please write your name, your contacts, order number, and if you want to exchange or to return the parcel

To refund or change the product, it should be sent in the original package, without sings of use and with all stickers and protection films intact.

After receiving the product we will check its status and change or refund it, as you've chosen, within 30 days maximum. The additional costs of transport will be customer's liability. The refunds have a restocking fee of 5% for products bought without discount and 10% for products bought with discount, this fee is not applicable for changes.

This policy applies only to products; other services like gift-cards are not recoverable.

Guarantees

The guarantees are manufacturers’ liability, as Dialetu is only a partner between customer and manufacturer, and we will always try to solve issues rapidly and effective, being our commitment to protect always the customer. The guarantees’ periods are specific of each parcel and they begin in the moment that the invoice is issued. Invoices are sent after the purchase and must be kept during all the guarantee’s period.

To start the guarantee's process please email sales@dialetu.com and write in the subject "Guarantee". In the message’s body please write your name, contacts, order number and a brief description about the issue related to your parcel.

Law and jurisdiction

All legal disputes arised of the interpretation or execution of the present agreement will be solved by the Portuguese law, with express exclusion of any other judicial model.
