Exchanges and Returns
You have 30 days to change your mind or to give quietly that present to another person. However, refunds must be asked maximum up to three days after you've received the order and the parcels must be returned up to seven days; after this period we only can issue a discount's ticket to be used at our website.
To exchange or return an order please email email@example.com, please write in the subject "Exchange/Return request", and in the message's body please write your name, your contacts, order number, and if you want to exchange or to return the parcel
To refund or change the product, it should be sent in the original package, without sings of use and with all stickers and protection films intact.
After receiving the product we will check its status and change or refund it, as you've chosen, within 30 days maximum. The additional costs of transport will be customer's liability. The refunds have a restocking fee of 5% for products bought without discount and 10% for products bought with discount, this fee is not applicable for changes.
This policy applies only to products; other services like gift-cards are not recoverable.
All the products have a minimum of two year warranty, issued by the official manufacturer.
The guarantees are manufacturers’ liability, as Dialetu is only a partner between customer and manufacturer, and we will always try to solve issues rapidly and effective, being our commitment to protect always the customer. The guarantees’ periods are specific of each parcel and they begin in the moment that the invoice is issued. Invoices are sent after the purchase and must be kept during all the guarantee’s period.
To start the guarantee's process please email firstname.lastname@example.org and write in the subject "Guarantee". In the message’s body please write your name, contacts, order number and a brief description about the issue related to your parcel.
